Amazon Music has announced that it will livestream this year's edition of Fuji Rock Festival to global audiences via the Amazon Music app, Prime Video, and Twitch.

This marks the third year Amazon has held the exclusive livestream partnership with the festival, which runs July 24–26 at Naeba Ski Resort in Yuzawa, Niigata.

The stream will be free to all Amazon account holders regardless of Prime membership, and the line-up and schedule for the broadcast are set to be announced separately.

Last year's three-day broadcast became the most-watched music festival livestream in Amazon Music's history to date.

Similar deals are shaping up elsewhere on the festival circuit: Tomorrowland in Belgium confirmed Apple Music as its livestream partner for the first time this year through Apple's Club Live series. The festival previously partnered with TikTok in 2025, reaching 74 million viewers.

Fuji Rock has built up its livestream presence after resuming international programming after pandemic-era restrictions; its 2021 edition ran with an all-local line-up before international acts returned in 2022.

The festival's 28th edition last year drew 122,000 attendees across four days, introduced daily line-up announcements, and debuted the ORANGE ECHO stage dedicated to Japanese and Asian artists.

This year's edition takes place at the same site the festival has used since 1997, with acts including Massive Attack, Basement Jaxx, Wata Igarashi, Toro y Moi, Tinariwen and more confirmed to perform.
