In a petite homage to the classic house release format, Jennifer Loveless’ latest single ‘Pleasure’ is delivered to us as four mixes — Original Vox, Indubmental, Dom Sub, and Deeper Mix.
Out on Butter Sessions, ‘Pleasure’, is a moody club track with a pulsating, cushioned round bottom; it rides as the perfect groove to unleash any angst while keeping in a smooth form. If I must, it's a bit of an inconspicuous rump shaker.
The single is described as "Carnal pleasure reflected across four tracks that serve downtempo moments, oiled up bass lines straddling techno borders, and lifted percussion with unexpected drops."
‘Pleasure’ sees Loveless ensue a deeper and more mellowed nuance as a follow-up to her ‘Around the World’ EP, which dropped just about a year ago.
