Enter the future: connect with us at Asia's largest AI conference, SuperAI Singapore
Taking place on June 18-19, Mixmag Asia will be hosting a dedicated panel & booth in collaboration with EMC & Pulse Design (plus an afterparty, naturally!)

SuperAI, Asia’s largest AI conference and super-connector event, returns to Marina Bay Sands on June 18-19, transforming the venue’s fifth level into a hub of frontier innovation.
As part of the larger Singapore AI Week (16–22 June), the event offers a window into AI’s present and future across industries, and is set to host over 100 activations including hackathons, startup competitions, and creator labs.
During the two-days of SuperAI, Mixmag Asia is given a designated space in the community hub, in collaboration with EMC and Pulse Design, where we will showcase how AI is reshaping electronic music culture, both digitally and physically.
Two key areas will be highlighted with our collaborators.
The first is Using AI for Predicting Music Trends, and interactive program by Mixmag Asia and EMC that invites attendees to explore how AI interprets electronic music history and forecasts future trends.
Through live demos, participants will see how current AI tools excel at identifying Western club scenes but overlook vast regions of global innovation. This session highlights the urgent need for more culturally inclusive AI systems that reflect the full diversity of electronic music worldwide.
The second is Pulse Design’s The Long Bar Reimagined – An Acoustic AI Experience; a futuristic take on venue design through an immersive 3D transformation of Singapore’s iconic Long Bar into a fully optimised club space.
Using AI-driven acoustic planning, material selection, and architectural visualisation, the installation demonstrates how intelligent design can address real challenges facing nightlife in urban environments—balancing sound integrity with city living.
EMC is APAC’s leading electronic music industry event, uniting artists and global business figures through innovative programs, festivals, and cross-sector partnerships since 2012.
Pulse Design combines over a decade of experience in 3D visualisation with AI-driven design to create culturally authentic, technologically advanced spaces across Asia and Europe.

In addition to our booth, this year, Mixmag Asia joins the tech-meets-culture conversation with a panel and an afterparty experience.
On 19 June at 4:30pm, Mixmag Asia in collaboration with EMC will present a compelling panel on the intersection of AI and electronic music culture.
What happens when AI meets Asian club culture is a rapid-fire session examining how AI can support—not erase—the depth and diversity of Asia’s dance music scenes.
The discussion tackles the cultural biases of Western-trained AI and explores how ethical, context-aware systems can better archive, classify, and celebrate Asian music cultures.

Before the panel, SuperAI Creator Lab Presented by AMD (2–4pm) will show how AI is revolutionising creative workflows, with real-time music-to-video mapping demos and hands-on sessions.

Then comes the (free) afterparty, which you can RSVP to via Mixmag Asia Tickets.
Hosted by Mixmag Asia, After:Logic kicks off on June 19 at HQ from 9pm till late, featuring cutting-edge sets from two of the region’s most respected selectors.
