Rainbow Disco Club debuts in South Korea this weekend with a slew of heavy-hitters
The Japanese festival brings over Bonobo, Helena Hauff, Antal, Manami and more to Gisamun Beach on August 23-24
Rainbow Disco Club (RDC) is set to make its South Korean debut on August 23 and 24 at Gisamun Beach, which is said to be a roughly three-hour drive from the capital, Seoul.
This event is part of RDC’s 15th-anniversary world tour which also previously stopped by Naarm and Bali, bringing the festival’s renowned blend of cutting-edge electronic music and stunning natural settings to a new audience.
The first line-up announcement brought in a wave of global heavyweights on the festival flyer. Bonobo, making his RDC debut with a DJ set, is joined by techno pioneer Helena Hauff, UK-based Japanese DJ/producer Manami, and rising Korea’s own Mogwaa.
The final list of names adds even more diversity and depth to the line-up. Local and regional talents like Chae, Dita b2b Gero, Knopha, and Mr Ho are set to perform, alongside Kenji Takimi and Gonno from Japan.
RDC residents Sisi and Kikiorix will also take over the stage, along with other notable names like DJ Nobu and Gerd Janson, who were part of the initial line-up announcement.
