LOCUS Bali returns to Nuanu for four days of drum’n’bass
The festival kicks off on June 19 with Fabio & Grooverider x The Outlook Orchestra’s Asia debut

Returning to Bali for its second edition and celebrating its fifth global instalment, LOCUS Bali 2025 promises a four-day celebration of drum’n’bass in Southeast Asia from June 19-22.
The festival once again takes over the lush creative grounds of Nuanu, a venue that has played a vital role in fostering genre-spanning events on the island. In addition to hosting last year’s LOCUS, Nuanu was also home to Suara Festival, which featured over 100 artists across a wide range of sounds.
This year also marks 25 years of LOCUS as a brand, further cementing its status as a mainstay in the global drum’n’bass scene.
Kicking off the event is a standout opening night performance from genre pioneers Fabio & Grooverider and The Outlook Orchestra, bringing the critically acclaimed History of Jungle and Drum & Bass show outside the UK and EU for the first time, following its March run at the Royal Albert Hall.

This year’s line-up is a well-balanced showcase of the genre’s evolution.
Icons like Ed Rush & Optical, Konflict, Klute, and Technimatic will share the stage with S.P.Y, TC, Voltage Lens, Monrroe, Emily Makis, Kimyan Law (live) and Disrupta (who will deliver a special liquid set).

Also on the line-up are standout regional acts like AMA, Sabrina, and Smokey, alongside Indonesia’s own Javabass Soundsystem, and Hong Kong’s Magnetic Soul, highlighting the festival’s commitment to championing both global and local talent.
Hosting duties are handled by a powerhouse MC line-up including Ayah Marar, Stamina MC, Duskee, Jakes, MC Lowqui, and MC Xsessiv.
A collective of regional crews is currently touring the region, culminating in LOCUS Bali. After the Kho Pha-ngan event last weekend, the tour will head to Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Singapore, Phuket, Yangon, Bali, and a city in India to be announced.
