Y2K & Rezonate return with a Philippines tour featuring Just Bee & Teng

Hong Kong-based collectives Y2K and Rezonate are heading back on the road, this time taking their sounds to the Philippines with a second Asia tour.

From May 9-18, 2025, DJs Teng and Just Bee will represent the two crews across a series of events in Manila and Siargao, including workshops and a guest appearance on Manila Community Radio.

Following their successful debut tour across China last year, which saw Teng and Chingyi bring Hong Kong’s underground energy to clubs from Beijing to Changsha, this next chapter sees the collectives expand into new territory.

The Philippines leg continues Y2K and Rezonate’s mission to bridge scenes across Asia, powered by collaboration and a deep love for electronic music.

The tour kicks off in Manila with sets at Kampai and the anchor event at Apotheka, presented with local party crew Transit.

True to the collectives’ ethos, the schedule includes knowledge-sharing workshops and a feature set on Manila Community Radio, allowing deeper engagement with the local music community.

Closing out the tour will be performances at Barbosa in Siargao for Bread & Butter and Harana Sabado Night.

Teng, a longtime fixture in Hong Kong’s underground, brings decades of experience from his roots in Sydney’s rave scene to the clubs of Asia. His sets weave between broken beat, progressive, electro, and trance, always guided by rhythm and crowd connection.

A familiar face at clubs like 宀, Acadana, and Soho House, he’s also performed at Clockenflap, Shi Fu Miz, Shanghai's System, and Beijing's Dada, proving how he can conquer both festival crowds and intimate clubs.

Joining him is Just Bee—a powerhouse DJ whose genre-fluid sets bounce between house, techno, bass, and club edits. Having shared stages with Ben UFO, Nicole Moudaber, and Madam X, she’s performed across Asia and the UK, including standout sets at Clockenflap, Hypefest, 宀 and OIL.

A mentor and advocate for women in music, she also debuted her EP ‘Patterns’ in 2023 and is preparing a new release with Yeti Out’s Silk Road Sounds.

With radio and workshop opportunities in the works, Y2K and Rezonate are doubling down on their mission to connect Asian music scenes—building a culture of support, shared knowledge, and creative evolution.
