Lastlings’ sophomore album teems with emotional, electronic indie dance cuts

Lastlings release their second full-length album ‘Perfect World’ today under Rose Avenue Records.

Like its predecessor, the Japanese-Australian, brother-sister duo’s sophomore album is deeply thematic and unconditionally personal, weaving a thorough storyline that showcases feelings of melancholy, insecurity and vulnerability over the course of its 12 tracks.

It’s a poetic description of the final moments of a long-term relationship, fusing storytelling with euphoric synths and masterful production effortlessly complemented by Amy's impeccable vocals.
