HÖR Berlin & adidas team up for new sneaker campaign

Independent streaming platform and techno collective HÖR Berlin have teamed up with adidas for what we hope to be an upcoming merch and shoe capsule.

Known for its bangin’ bathroom sessions, HÖR Berlin teased the world with a sneak peek into their collaboration along with adidas Deutschland on Sunday, 19 February, which involved a “retro sneaker campaign” plus a live show beaming from Berlin’s adidas flagship store.

The teaser included two individuals dripped head to toe in adidas x HÖR’s merch that could be available for purchase soon — fingers crossed.

Using the old-school rave promotion method of plastering posters in the streets, they showcased HÖR’s signature yellow tone and the adidas logo as they roamed around town before finally making their way to the store.

On Sunday, 19 February, the adidas store featured a line-up of acts that have been part of the HÖR Berlin community. Though the stream wasn’t featured around their signature neon-lit space at Volkspark Hasenheide park, the sounds of the night were quintessentially HÖR. The live event was filled with music ranging from techno from DJ SOULSEEK, Baugruppe90 and Carmen Electro and ended with Soyklō’s drum’n’bass/jungle sounds.

Even though live streams globally have seemed to get a little less traction due to the comeback of IRL events, HÖR Berlin has managed to keep us reeled in.

Just last October, they released a brand new site and subscription service that offers exclusive content that uses a fair share income model for artists and operations.
