Void Acoustics adds real wood finishes to Venu V2 series

Void Acoustics has expanded the availability of its Natural Wood finish across the Venu V2 Series.

Originally offered on request, the Natural Wood Collection is now offered as a standard option on the range, with models such as the Venu 6, Venu 8 V2 and Venu 208 set to be stocked in these finishes from May 2026.

The Natural Wood Collection is available in two finishes: Barewood and Vintage.

Barewood presents a lighter tone with visible grain, suited to clean, minimal interiors, while Vintage applies a darker, oak-inspired stain that brings out the texture of the timber and adds visual weight.

Both finishes use real wood, rather than veneers or synthetic wraps.

The acoustic design remains unchanged. All Natural Wood enclosures are built to the same specifications as existing Venu V2 models, maintaining identical performance, system compatibility and installation characteristics.

“Natural Wood isn’t something new for us. We’ve been producing Natural Wood finishes of the Venu Series for many years as custom requests. What we’ve seen recently is a huge increase in demand from listening bars, hospitality venues and design led spaces where the sound system is designed to sit naturally within the overall aesthetic,” says Sam Brandon, Managing Director of Void Acoustics.

He adds: “Because of that momentum, we’ve decided to make certain Natural Wood Venu models stocked items rather than purely custom. It’s great to see the market moving in this direction.”
