Todh Teri’s 'Deep In India' series, a beloved collection of reimagined Indian cinematic sounds, is finally making its digital debut.
Previously a wax exclusive release, this series has captivated vinyl enthusiasts worldwide with its unique blend of nostalgia and modern dancefloor energy.
Now, via Masala Movement Records, Todh’s immaculate edits are able to reach a broader audience.
Each chapter of the release is set to feature three meticulously curated tracks that showcase some of Todh Teri’s most inconspicuous edits and personal favourites. The first chapter of the digital release will include 'Sampadan 2', 'Sampadan 13', and 'Sampadan 24'.

Among these, ‘Sampadan 2’ holds a special place in Todh Teri’s heart.
In an interview with Mixmag Asia back in 2021, he named it one of his top five edits, commenting on the challenge of reworking the original masterpiece by R.D. Burman: "It took a long while to arrange this one, since it has so many great elements to work with and I wanted it all, which of course was not possible."
Known for reviving the disco and cabaret era of Bollywood with house, acid, and funk infusions, Todh Teri has carved out a significant niche in the music scene. ‘Deep In India’ preserves the original flavours of these classic tracks while making them fresh and current.
