Free download pack from Spraybox showcases vast spectrum of UKG
‘Spraybox 1K World Pack’ comprises 7 tracks, including cuts from by label co-founders Jacotanu & Nizikawa
Leading UKG label from Japan, Spraybox, is expressing gratitude to fans for reaching 1000 followers on Soundcloud, Twitter and Spotify by generously offering a free download pack brimming with break-filled sizzlers.
While this EP is a complimentary gift, it goes beyond mere throwaways. Spanning seven tracks, the project showcases the immense talent of some of the most promising UKG artists from Japan, the UK, South Korea, the Netherlands and the USA, namely Jacotanu, yamakagebeats, DJ Total 90, Mar’One, Littlefoot, DeBisco and Nizikawa.
Each artist brings their own distinct flavour to the genre, resulting in a collection where every track possesses a unique and exciting identity.

Kicking off the EP is Spraybox co-founder Jacotanu’s ‘Sentiment’, which starts with brooding, atmospheric vocals over stripped-back production. As anticipation builds, the track explodes with pulsating basslines, vibrant synths, and dynamic motifs, all anchored by the beloved UKG-style percussion. This is off the back of his sizzler solo EP in May, 'Power Jam Play' which featured three infectious garage bangers.

Taking a different approach, Amsterdam’s Mar’One infuses grime/drill into his work. The haunting backing vocals with the weighty 303s create an enthralling yet edgy burner. Mar'One skillfully blends a rap sample from Keith Apes' new classic 'It’s G Ma' with vintage Japanese instrumentation from the 1950s and 1960s, resulting in an otherworldly and hypnotic track packed with "skrrrr”s.
Spraybox is solely owned and operated by producers and DJs, with the 4 co-founders and 3 core members all being active and prolific artists. In their two and a half years in the industry, Spraybox has curated an impressive catalogue with over 20 releases, solidifying their reputation as a go-to hub for UKG and bassline music in Japan.
