Singapore’s Cream Team launches new live music series, Flavours
From the crew behind Ice Cream Sundays, the first showcase lands at RASA on December 11 with Thee Marloes & Badkiss headlining
Flavours, a new live music series coming out of Singapore, will hold its first showcase on December 11 at RASA. It’s run by the Cream Team, the collective behind Ice Cream Sundays and Sunda Festival.
Ice Cream Sundays, known for its daytime outdoor parties, recently celebrated its 10th year and brought Rainbow Disco Club to Singapore.
“Flavours is an idea we’ve been tossing around since 2017, so it’s been a long time coming to say the least. We’re incredibly excited to be kicking off the series with this line-up—a pair of headliners we truly admire alongside two of Singapore’s most exciting homegrown acts,” says Cream Team co-founder Daniel O’Connor.
The new series is set to feature a diverse curation of bands, live ensembles, electronic musicians, and other forms of independent music.

The opening night has two sessions. The Band Session runs from 7:30-10PM, with Indonesian trio Thee Marloes headlining and Singaporean soul band Clementi Soul Unit opening.
Thee Marloes are from Surabaya and play soul, jazz, and pop. Their debut album, ‘Perak’, came out on Big Crown Records in August 2024 and was followed by a Japan tour, shows across the United States, and a KEXP session in Seattle. Their second album, ‘Di Hotel Malibu’, was released in 2026.

Clementi Soul Unit is a nine-piece band with a horn section, formed through Kenzo Nagari’s connection with jazz vocal trio the Sugar Bees.
Once the band session wraps up, the DJ Session runs until 3AM, with Badkiss and Xinyi sharing the booth.
Badkiss plays dynamic, rhythm-centric, and fearless sets that blend house, broken beat, breaks, and Latin rhythms, drawing on a library full of rare grooves and soulful picks. Xinyi plays soulful house in all its forms, with a style that bridges the gap between dancers and the club.
