Polygonia reveals two singles from her forthcoming EP ‘Otro Mundo’

Munich-based producer Polygonia has released two singles from her forthcoming ‘Otro Mundo’ EP, set to drop via Bambe — the label headed by Parisian DJ Bambounou — on September 15.

In regards to the overall sound, Polygonia showcases a captivating collection of sonic compositions, driven by intense rhythms with a strong focus on sound design and colourful harmonies. She also incorporates two four-to-the-floor productions, complete with intricate drums and juicy sounds.

Polygonia is a dynamic music and art project brought to life by Lindsey Wang who has a diverse background in practicing numerous acoustic instruments. Her deep fascination with various cultural expressions is also known to continue inspiring and pushing her forward in her multidisciplinary endeavour.

The unique soundscape of her original productions exudes a mesmerizing and organic essence, accompanied by intricate and compelling rhythms. Polygonia’s style is showcased in her EP titled 'Bloom' released last year under American record label Sure Thing. Additionally, her own imprint IO presents the release 'Deformed Human Nature' in 2021, further exemplifying her artistic vision. In the same year, she also released 'Abbilder einer vergessenen Welt' under Korean label Huinali.

Last month, Polygonia embarked on her inaugural tour in Asia, spinning at renowned clubs such as Traffic in Tokyo, 宀 in Hong Kong, Savage in Hanoi, Mejan in Bali and also performing at the Moment Festival in Nara.
