Asia’s largest musical instrument trade fair gathers 1,600 exhibitors, 10 country pavilions & a new hall dedicated to future-focused music technologies

Music China 2025 to showcase Tomorrow’s Music in Shanghai this month

From October 22-25, 2025, Music China will fill the Shanghai New International Expo Centre with some 1,600 exhibitors and ten country pavilions.

As the largest musical instrument trade show in Asia, the latest edition presents everything from handcrafted instruments to advanced digital technology.

A new highlight at this year’s fair is Hall N3, dedicated to Tomorrow’s Music—a themed area where over 50 international brands will showcase next-generation production and recording tools. Exhibitors include AMS Neve, Empirical Labs, Focusrite, Genelec, JBL, Native Instruments, PreSonus, Shure, SOMA Labs, Sony, Steinberg, TASCAM, and many others.

Specialising in audio-visual equipment, iCON ProAudio will debut a touch-screen audio interface series to mark its 30th anniversary. Designed for efficient workflows, it offers intuitive touch control, strong audio precision, and stable performance for both studio and live settings.

Other major launches will spotlight digital recording, and audio solutions tailored to the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market, where a surge in entertainment industries is driving rapid adoption of advanced audio equipment.

More than just an exhibition, Music China 2025’s fringe programme also features industry forums, hands-on workshops, and expert seminars that illuminate new trends and challenges. In addition, over 400 live shows will give visitors the chance to experience the latest instruments and technologies in action.

With the global music production equipment market projected to reach USD9.9 billion by 2032 , the fair offers a prime opportunity for manufacturers to showcase their most exciting new products, connect with key buyers, and gather crucial market insights.
