Kiasmos leads the charge at new multi-sensory experience, sessions.

Disconnect at sessions. on 18 October in a sanctuary of music, spirited drinks, and savoury cuisines.

Curated by 24OWLS (the team behind Singapore's female-led festival, The Alex Blake Charlie Sessions) escape to the historic Pasir Panjang Power Station with Faroese-Icelandic techno headliners Kiasmos and performances by Singapore’s finest electronic musicians.

Kiasmos, the renowned duo of Icelandic composer Ólafur Arnalds and Faroese producer Janus Rasmussen, will take centre stage with their ethereal mix of minimal techno and neoclassical soundscapes. The pair masterfully combine Arnalds’ melancholic piano compositions with Rasmussen’s deep house influences, creating music that is both meditative and rhythmically captivating, ideal for the event’s atmospheric setting.

Their latest album, ‘II’, which came out earlier this year pushes their sound into deeper, more experimental territory, promising an unforgettable live experience—just picture it resonating through the reimagined halls of an old power station.

The duo’s tracks have also been remixed by the likes of Bonobo and Stimming, while putting their own spin on tracks by artists such as Ben Lukas Boysen and Josin, adding their signature emotive touch to otherwise more beat-driven tracks.

Joining the line-up is Singapore's own ambient pioneer Kin Leonn, whose mesmerizing soundscapes blur the lines between piano, electronics, and field recordings.

Mervin Wong, known for his innovative approach to sound, will debut his brand-new work ‘Celestial Invocation’, while freeform producer Fauxe will take you on a genre-bending sonic adventure.
