It's official: Spotify is now available in Thailand

Happy Tuesday, Thailand. Spotify is finally here.
After months of speculation and anticipation, music lovers in Thailand woke up today with news the Spotify was now available nationwide. The music platform made the announcement via Facebook with a post saying "#sawasdeespotify".
Spotifty now offers a free version with lower sound quality and occasional advertising as well as a premium service offering uninterrupted listening with high sound quality and offline listening for 129 baht per month with a 30-day free trial or 199 baht per month for a family account.
The platform is available on mobile, computer and tablet.
The Swedish streaming platform had teased its imminent launch a few months ago with a job posting for a Thai music editor and then confirmed the launch just weeks ago.
Until now, the only streaming services available in Thailand have been Deezer (155 baht), JOOX (139 baht), KKBox, Line Music and Apple Music (129 baht).
