A new outdoor dance festival hits the lion city — HypeWorld

As more and more festivals get announced in the Asian hemisphere this year (finally), Hype Records from Singapore joins in and introduces the very first HypeWorld Festival in October.

The two-day festival has also announced its first few acts including Yellow Claw, MORTEN, MERCER, Slushii, R3HAB, DJ Snake, Kaskade and Habstrakt. They have also encouraged dance music fans to watch their socials, so we’re guessing more acts will be revealed soon.

Taking place in The Meadow in Gardens By The Bay this coming October 22-23, the label has billed the festival as “the biggest music festival of 2022 in Singapore”. Based on previous events, it seems as though this is their first dance music festival which includes a top-tier billing of international acts. Prior to this, the label has a plethora of concerts for bands and singers under its belt.

Tickets are currently on sale and have been priced at SGD138 for one day and SGD248 for two days for tier one. After September 23, tier two looks to be priced at SGD158 for one day and SGD278 for two days.
