Unfortunately, this was not the only gun-related incident to happen during the Thai New Year holiday celebrations. On Friday, April 14, three people were killed and others were injured in a shooting that happened in the northern province of Prae.
Not so long ago in the same vicinity of RCA, police held a large-scale raid in relation to an online gambling and money laundering ring. The operation forced German DJ Sven Väth who was headlining a Retox Sessions club night to cut his set short.
