Glass Beams make Asia debut with Singapore performance this October
Presented by Collective Minds, the trio bring their blend of psychedelic rock & Indian classical grooves to the Esplanade Theatre
Glass Beams, the project led by Indian-Australian multi-instrumentalist Rajan Silva, will make its Singapore debut on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Esplanade Theatre.
Presented by Collective Minds, the show marks part of the band’s first-ever Asia tour, offering a rare live encounter with one of the most talked-about acts in contemporary fusion music.
Other stops on the tour include three cities in India, Seoul, Shanghai, and two cities in Japan.
Known for their ornate bejewelled masks and hypnotic stage energy, Glass Beams fuse psychedelic rock, cosmic funk, and Indian classical elements into a seamless, rhythm-heavy sound.

Their music draws from the lineage of Indian fusion icons like Ravi Shankar and R.D. Burman, reframed through modern production and Western psychedelia.

Since signing to Ninja Tune in 2023, the trio has gained global attention for ‘Mahal’, a release praised for its rich textures and precise balance between groove and atmosphere.
After sold-out tours across Europe and North America and standout festival appearances at Glastonbury, Primavera Sound, and Pitchfork Paris, Glass Beams’ move into Asia represents a natural progression for Silva and the band, whose roots and influences trace back to the region.
