Eaton HK unveils Art Month 2026 programme for Art Basel Hong Kong
Marking its second year as a Cultural Partner, the hotel also announced its Art Month party on March 26 titled Ancestral Frequencies
Eaton HK will present its Art Month 2026 programme from March 20 to May 10, marking its second year as a Cultural Partner of Art Basel Hong Kong.
Led by Tomorrow Maybe, Eaton HK’s in-house gallery, the programme unfolds across both the fair and the hotel’s Kowloon space, bringing together installation, performance and nightlife.
At its booth at Art Basel Hong Kong 2026, Tomorrow Maybe presents Stepping Stones Won’t Break My Bones, a solo exhibition by Hong Kong-based Filipino-Indian artist Sharu B. Sikdar.
The booth centres on an interactive floor installation that visitors can walk across, experiencing shifting textures underfoot. Alongside it is a wall work made from broken eggshells sewn together with the artist’s hair, continuing Sikdar’s exploration of fragility and resilience.
From March 21 to May 10, Brussels-based Filipino performance artist Joshua Serafin presents Grieve the Departed Wound at Tomorrow Maybe. The exhibition turns the gallery into a black-box setting and revisits elements from Serafin’s past performances through installation, video and painting.

An opening reception will be held on March 20, and Serafin will also be in residence at Eaton HK from March 15-28.
“We have always viewed Eaton as more than a hotel; it is a living vessel for the stories that usually linger in the margins. Here, art and performance are not only meant to be seen but also to be felt, resonated with, and shared. By transforming our spaces into sites of both intimacy and creativity, we reaffirm our core value: that true progressive change begins when we have the courage to sit with our vulnerabilities and turn them into a collective transformation of belonging," says Joseph Chen, Director of Culture at Eaton HK.

The programme continues on March 26 with the Art Month party Ancestral Frequencies at Terrible Baby.
The night features a live performance by Serafin, followed by sets and staged collaborations by Crete-born musician and performance artist Abyss X, artist duo Zoë Marden and Sonia Wong, Berlin-based DJ and musician Dis Fig, and Hong Kong rapper and DJ Fotan Laiki.
Described as "a party dedicated to the reclamation of eased feminine and queer genealogies", the evening is set to move from performance into a club-focused finale.
Tickets to the Ancestral Frequencies available here.
