DUNIA announces three-month series at Ulu Cliffhouse in June

Bali-based event organiser and record label DUNIA has announced a three-month takeover at Ulu Cliffhouse, featuring headliners Cristi Cons, Mateo Dufour and Hearthug.

The series, supported by Mixmag Asia, kicks off June 14 and continues through August.

DUNIA operates as a label, production house and event series with a focus on high-quality AV experiences, storytelling and culture.

Each release under DUNIA is also pressed into a limited run of 100 vinyl copies.

Through its flagship series, DUNIA Presents, the brand has curated showcases throughout Indonesia and fostered connections across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia and beyond, consistently spotlighting both rising local talent and forward-thinking international acts.

True to their name (Dunia translates to "world" in Indonesian, Arabic, Turkish, Hindi and Farsi), this summer’s concept embraces a cross-continental ethos.

The series highlights artists from three continents and countries—Tunisia, Argentina and Romania—reflecting the collective’s mission to build bridges through their sound.

“At DUNIA, our goal is to create more than just events—we’re building a space. A space where house-focused artists can develop their craft with the support of an open, intentional dancefloor. A dancefloor where people can let go, connect to the music, and recharge through shared positive energy,” the crew explains.

They continue: “We’re also building an infrastructure that empowers Indonesian house artists to perform and release music through our label. Most importantly, DUNIA exists to connect local and Bali-based talent with globally recognised artists—to inspire new collaborations and push the boundaries of Indonesian artistry beyond its borders.”

The run begins on June 14 with the genre-hopping maestro Cristi Cons, joined by a stacked local line-up including Gibs, Thombac, Princeton, Pretty Liar, Papü, JTHIDMA, Josh Ganly, Monty Hasan, and J.S.

In July, it’s the turn of No Art affiliate Mateo Dufour, bringing his signature sultry house sound alongside support from Gibs, Thombac, Julian B, Chris Akino, Papü, Monty Hasan, Erin Sab, J.S., Mamen, James Hendrik and Deep Green.

Closing out the season in August, Hearthug takes the helm with an eclectic roster of regional talent including Gibs, Thombac, Papü, Cl1nk, MSY, Geco, RosesInSummer, G.G., CITRA and DITTS.

With a strong vision rooted in sonic identity and cultural exchange, DUNIA continues to carve its path across Asia and beyond, and this summer series promises to be one of their most exciting yet.
