Conducta brings the playful pulse of NUKG to Hong Kong

After closing out 2023 with a tour down under to Australia and Zealand, NUKG pundit Conducta comes to Asia and lands in Hong Kong on February 23.

Known to have breathed new life into UKG, advancing it further with a contemporary flair, the London-based DJ and producer established Kiwi Rekords in 2019 with the intention of uniting and mobilising the emerging community of young producers and DJs in the contemporary UKG landscape.

The label went on to be credited by many to have elevated the once under-the-radar talents flying the NUKG flag like Sharda, Bassboy, Jack Junior Tuff Culture and Sammy Virji, providing them a platform to showcase their craft via its numerous VA releases.

As for Conducta himself, his latest solo drop via Kiwi Rekords was 2023’s ‘In Transit’. He goes on to explain in an Instagram post that the tracks were “inspired by my last couple of years touring across the world and finally finding my feet again + exploring new sounds (most of these were started then finished in airport terminals).” He also makes an on-mic debut for the track ‘Gold’.

Another career highlight worth mentioning is his production work for British rapper AJ Tracey for the 2019 chart-topper and 2023 triple Platinum track 'Ladbroke Grove', which made history as the largest-selling UKG record ever.

Coming to Hong Kong via invitation of event organiser unit UMAMI and Mixmag Asia, the highly-anticipated producer bring his energetically upbeat selection of NUKG tunes to the home of open-format music, Shuffle.
