A new partnership with QFPay and CÉ LA VI has just changed the game for bars and clubs in Asia, announcing that CÉ LA VI Singapore is officially the world’s first venue to accept crypto and flat currency in the a smooth, fast and diverse payment experience.

The iconic lifestyle destination prioritises advancement in technology to stay ahead of the mainstream, and not just in its digital transformation, but also it’s financial progression. CÉ LA VI’s CFO Penh Huynh says “We’re excited to be the first lifestyle entertainment outlet to accept cryptocurrency payment in Singapore though collaboration with QFPay.

QFPay is a leading mobile payment technology, solution and service provider with a presence across 13 markets in Asia and the Middle East, serving 1.2 million merchants from luxury retail to restaurants and hotels. Their constant expansion and integration in the Asian region, particularly in Singapore has resulted in a huge advancement that majorly benefits consumers, as no additional charges are borne.

Guests can now pay using digital wallets such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, Rabbit LinePay and over 30 popular cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Gemini Dollar and Tether. In addition, payments can be settled in the local fiat currency of choice, with no settlement risk.

CÉ LA VI will be rolling out the service technology across their outlets in due time, and where permitted.
