Take a wild ride through Bønehead’s mind with 'Neurødivergent' EP
An intense blend of trance, electro, and breakbeat with progressive metal flair in four distinct tracks
Bønehead’s latest four-tracker, ‘Neurødivergent’, is a raw, unrelenting dive into experimental sound.
Dropped under his label Bøne.FM, the New Delhi-based producer pushes the envelope, fusing trance, electro, breakbeat, and techno with the intensity of progressive metal, with each track hitting like a sonic sucker punch.
'Nøstalgia' kicks things off with a manic burst of beats and pulsating synths, morphing into trance-infused layers. A crackling radio transmission slices through the middle before the track gradually fades, leaving the initial breakbeat lingering in your head.
Next up, ‘Phantasmagøria' doesn’t hold back. It’s all crunchy, laser-like synths, twisting and turning through the track’s electro backbone. Then, halfway through, introspective spoken word creeps in, only for the track to plunge into darker, deeper territory, ending on a minimalistic drum machine punch.

'Breakdøwn' feels like you’re caught in a glitchy conversation with a rogue android, with distorted transmissions and frenetic breaks taking over.

Closing things out, 'Sølitude' is the more minimalistic of the four. The track balances subtle melodies with a complex layering of beats, accented by scratching elements that add depth to the track’s understated intensity.
