AQI returns for 2 days of high fidelity sound in nature this weekend

This weekend, on March 8-9, AQI (short for Audio Quality Index) returns for its biannual celebration of music, movement, and community.

Organised by Wind Horse Records and Warehouse Mix this boutique outdoor gathering takes place at The Crashpad, Mangar, nestled in the foothills of the Aravalli, just an hour from Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad.

More than just a music event, AQI merges high-fidelity sound with nature, offering attendees a break from city life.

Across two days, attendees can camp under the stars, take a refreshing swim in the lake, and dance to exclusive vinyl selections on high-fidelity soundsystems.

The event is designed to bring people together in an environment rich in both music and movement, creating an experience that lingers long after the weekend ends.

The music programming is carefully curated, with each night featuring a distinct high-fidelity soundsystem.

Day 1 showcases Unnayanna, Wind Horse Records founder Hamza Rahimtula, and Tartaruga on Danley Sound Labs. Day 2 takes a deep dive into reggae and roots culture, with UK soundsystem pioneer Earl Gateshead opening for Delhi Sultanate on his powerful BFR Sound System.

Beyond the music, AQI offers a holistic experience. Attendees can partake in rock climbing workshops, capoeira sessions, and a guided silent nature walk.

Mornings also include an elemental body session, blending movement and somatic practices to heighten body awareness.

AQI is an intimate gathering built for those who appreciate high-quality sound, community spirit, and the beauty of the outdoors.
