Taipei-based event collective PURE G is back with what’s planned to be an immersive event marrying the best of avant-garde sounds of the underground alongside mesmerising light installation.

This time they’re inviting over Japanese techno powerhouse DJ Nobu who has been at the forefront of leading the Japanese electronic music scene for two decades.

A central figure at Chiba's legendary Future Terror party and venerated music label Bitta, Nobu's years of close observation of the dancefloor, combined with his extensive record collection, has earned him a reputation as a techno maestro.

Oftentimes infusing hardcore and punk elements to his sound, Nobu is known to gather lovers of gritty, sensual and experimental techno onto the dancefloor.

On September 8, Nobu, who’s known for having a soft spot for marathon-long DJ sets, will bring forth a three-hour performance at FINAL, with KUAN, Ting and L1H stepping up for warm-up duties.
