Zhao Dai On Leave 招待会 is a 4-day seaside festival in China's Golden Coast
The 3-day event will bring together over 40 artists & bands from around China
China was the first to be affected by the pandemic and was also the first to recover. Just before winter, it hosted a 15,000 capacity festival in October. Now, it's preparing for a smaller, more intimate affair on the beach just before the heat of midsummer sweeps across China.
Zhao Dai On Leave 招待会 is hosted by Zhao Dai, an underground club in Beijing, and will be the second annual outdoor event for the brand. The four-day festival will take place on China's Golden Coast of Aranya in the city of Beidaihe, just two hours from Beijing, with the sea providing a natural backdrop and the sand a dance floor.
With the aim of providing an opportunity to bring together the music community from around China who represent the frontiers of the domestic electronic music scene, Zhao Dai On Leave 招待会 has booked 40 artists and bands including Chuan, Howell, Hyph11E, Mau Mau and more.
