The electronic music and clubbing industry is definitely one that relies more on tangible experiences to promote itself and social sharing to generate buzz. Clever marketing seems to have almost entirely been missed in favor of homogenous artwork and low-cost adverts. Well club kyō in Singapore managed to combine all three elements in its July marketing campaign, branded #letskyo, and we loved it. Every post caught our attention and reminded us that advertising can still be a good thing. All the slogans used in the campaign were inspired by things overheard in the club and the team's own experiences. Now we'e looking forward for our own #letskyo experience, soon to be open in KL too.
