​Taipei is throwing a week-long underground music event

Taipei seminal underground music club Korner is opening up their doors every night for a week for an event they’re calling Oddsound Festival 2017.

The venue will host two events per night from August 22nd to August 26th with the first starting at 8pm and an afterparty at 11pm or later. See the full line-up of local and international acts as well as the schedule below.

Korner, which is the oft lauded as a creative space for electronic music and visual artists, is one of the only places in Taipei that books avant-garde artists. Through the festival, the organizers look to promote music as art by combining various art fields with exploratory music.

A week pass is NT$1,500 but tickets can be bought for individual events. Find more information here.
