Jakarta-based Stefanie Hariadi aka STEF. dropped 'Cyborg Dance' EP earlier this month, marking her debut on LeftRight Sound.
The EP celebrates LeftRight Sound’s 40th release, making it a milestone moment for both STEF. and the label as they continue to break sonic boundaries in the underground scene.
It also features remixes by Timsdub and Deefo, each adding their distinctive twist to the original.
STEF. delivers a minimally upbeat anthem for title track ‘Cyborg Dance’. It kicks off with a pulsating bassline and hypnotic beats that meld into a shimmering, otherworldly melody, capturing STEF.’s flair for blending acid house with futuristic elements. An entrancing listen.
