Remix Giolì & Assia's ‘Inside Your Head’ to win
Beatport have teamed up with Microsoft to offer producers an opportunity to remix Giolì & Assia's ‘Inside Your Head’ track from the duo’s label, Diesis Records.
Four winners will be selected, and will be given the chance to perform a world-first four-person back-to-back at International Music Summit (IMS) in Ibiza later this year. Using the Beatport DJ app on Surface Laptop Studios, the foursome performance will be accompanied by Italian femme-duo, Giolì & Assia.
Giolì & Assia will join a panel of exports as judges for the remix entries, and winners will be take home prize packages worth up to $10,000, including a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio, a one-year subscription to Beatport LINK and an exclusive trip to IMS 2022, Ibiza where they will be guests of honour at Beatport and Microsoft Surface’s Originals² Academy, as part of IMS College.
The Beatport DJ app and the Microsoft Surface innovative laptop bring a 2-4-1 brand experience as part of Beatport’s Originals² global campaign that aims to connect musicians with the future of technology.
Originals² launched in December 2021 during Art Basel to showcase Party Mode, an optimized feature on Beatport DJ on Surface’s touchscreen, that was exhibited through groundbreaking sets by Jamie Jones in Miami and Loco Dice in Berlin.
