Rave Republic team up with Justin Prime for a big room affair
‘Lionheart’ is not for the faint-hearted
TurnItUp Muzik just turned 5 yesterday and celebrated with a collaborative release by Singapore-based duo Rave Republic and Dutch producer Justin Prime. The new single ‘Lionheart’ is a no-bs, go-hard-or-go-home-kind-of-big-room record that’s already garnered support from the likes of Afrojack, W&W, Showtek, Fedde Le Grand, Morgan Page and Bingo Players.
Like most artists who aren’t touring, the informal trio had the intention of transporting listeners to the pre-pandemic days of partying allowing oneself to truly enjoy escapism through music.
Rave Republic are one of Asia’s biggest electronic music outfits, and are often compared to The Chainsmokers. The talented pair have had multiple top hits through Warner Music and constantly billed on major festival line-ups including Ultra, as well as sold out shows at super clubs like Zoul in Singapore.
Their Dutch counterpart for ‘Lionheart’ has been limelighting alongside some of the world’s great either in the studio or on stage, collaborating with the likes of Tiësto, Showtek and Sidney Samson, he also remixed Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, David Guetta,Flo Rida, Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea and worked with U2 singer Bono.
