R3HAB releases 'Flames' exclusively on Liquid State in China
It's his second release for the label and features Zayn Malik and Jungleboi
Dutch DJ R3HAB released his new single 'Flames' last Friday via QQ music, Kugou music and Kuwo music in China. R3HAB has recently signed to Liquid State, a new label from Tencent and Sony Music in China, so it’s not surprising to see him release his music in China first. The artwork is also Asian-inspired and epic.
'Flames' is R3HAB’s second single with Liquid State since signing on two months ago. This track features ex-One Direction heartthrob Zayn Malik and British artist Jungleboi. Zayn brings his signature smooth, soulful style to the track, while R3HAB creates a big, slow burning musical bed for Jungleboi’s blues accented lyrics and melody.
As dance music continues to explode in China, Liquid State has caught the wave early and is now reaping big benefits. Having already released hits such as Alan Walker's 'Different World', Corsak's 'Glow' and now this big tune by R3HAB, it’s fair to say that QQ Music and Sony are helping to pioneer China’s vibrant electronic dance music space.
