Premiere: BADVOID welcomes you into a new realm of bass madness

At only 20 years of age, Australia's BADVOID has been hitting his stride. The rising producer formerly known as Notorious CHRIS has already seen his music championed on heavyweight labels including Barong Family and BUYGORE and is showing no signs of taking his foot off the gas.

After hitting us with a collection of festival-ready productions to start 2021 including his ENTER THE VOID EP and his reinterpretation of Nero's 'Satisfy', BADVOID once again steps up to the plate with an electrifying remix of WE ARE FURY's 'Remember' with vocals provided by Emlyn. Once again, BADVOID manages to keep the thematics of the original in place while adding his signature twist to the frequencies.

BADVOID spins 'Remember' into a vast web of complexity. He slows things down to align with the immaculate vocals provided by Emlyn while providing gentle wavelengths and frequencies for the lyrics to layer upon. Distortion coupled with a fury of claps take control, as the listener opens the door exposing a new world of bass madness. This remix dips its toes in both the light and darkness and that seems to be exactly where BADVOID finds his niche.

“This song was created during the middle of lockdown in Australia, when motivation was little I was reached out by WE ARE FURY and they asked me to remix this song. This remix came naturally and helped me express my anger and sadness in this remix.”
