Pippi Ciez headlines the Mixmag Asia x Casa Luna XMAS Party in Saigon

Hailing from Birmingham and now based in Bali, Pippi Ciez has been relentless in his pursuit of musical excellence, having garnered support from global heavyweights such as Black Coffee, Keinmusik and Lee Burridge.

Championing organic Afro and house sound, his sets effortlessly charm dancefloors with their enigmatic frequencies and rhythmic drums that transport listeners on a somewhat spiritual journey, immersing with captivating electronic soundscapes.

His latest EP ‘Limitless’ dropped last month via Lee Burridge’s revered All Day I Dream label. Listen to the title track below.

Known for having an eye and ear for talented instrument players worldwide, Pippi’s collaborations are a testament to his flair in transcending musical boundaries and skilfully crafting original and unique arrangements.

Definitely not one to miss, his mesmerizing live shows utilise percussive drums, analogue sequencers, and midi controllers to craft an immersive and innovative experience.

The monthly Casa Luna (“The Moon House” in Spanish) event aims to provide a unique sonic experience for attendees while showcasing and supporting regional rising stars. The founders describe the event as a journey "To the moon and back."

For this edition of Casa Luna, Mixmag Asia presents a finely curated line-up fitting for year-end festivities in the city. Warming up Pippi Ciez's performance will be Rui Tang and her acid-infused dance music, alongside Tien, Waai b2b Dekay and THUC.
