Organik Festival reveals the first acts for 2020
The Taiwanese festival has become a revered globally for its techno forward program
Organik Festival has confirmed its return to the dramatic shores of Hualien in eastern Taiwan in 2020. The ninth edition of Organik will run from April 24 - 27 on Huting Beach, a black sand coastal area which is flanked by the picturesque mountains of Hualien.
Confirmed thus far to play are Barker, Call Super, Priori, Aleksi Perala, Forest Drive West, Diskonnected and Evigt Morker. Several more releases are expected to come.
Organised by Smoke Machine, a Taiwan-based record label, podcast host and event organiser, the group have just celebrated ten years of operations. They are revered globally for selecting the finest and most unique artists from around the world for their events.
Hualien is a few hours train ride away from Taipei, and while accommodations can be found in the area, Organik is typically a camping-under-the-star style event.
