Onefortyasia opens call for submissions for debut compilation
The collective invites artists of Asian heritage or based in Asia to submit tracks spanning 140, bass, dub, breaks, and UKG
Onefortyasia has launched a call for submissions for its first compilation, inviting artists across Asia’s bass music community to contribute original tracks.
The Asia-based collective established by The Greys and Somebodyyyy (who are working out of Goa and Shanghai respectively) was founded as a platform to support and amplify bass-driven subcultures in Asia.
Operating as an event promoter, record label, apparel brand, and online hub, Onefortyasia brings together fans and creators of dub, dubstep, breaks, UKG, and other low-end genres.
Beyond releasing music, the group builds connections between regional and international artists, aiming to strengthen local communities while giving them global reach.
With active connections in China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam, Onefortyasia supports the growth of marginalised bass subgenres in the region.
Alongside music activities, the the team also pursues cultural initiatives, including volunteer-driven projects and charity work.
