On Tour: Tuxedo

Performing live and with a full band, Tuxedo, a west coast duo consisting of four time Grammy award nominee Mayer Hawthore and Jake One, are setting out on tour in Asia to support the release of their second album ‘Tuxedo II’. The pair bring with them the best in funk, gangster boogie and disco meaning you can expect a soulful show that is a refreshing change from the nightclub sound we tend to thrive upon. Here is a reminder of what soul feels like:

Don’t take their look too seriously because according to the legendary West Coast player Snoop Dogg on the opening track of Tuxedo II: “The only time you wear a tuxedo is to party.”

Note that the Bangkok show takes place at the brand new SRP5 Studios and it will be the first time Tuxedo play in the city. They also bring with them a full band. Tickets are available here.
