NET launches first-ever PLGRN Asia tour this month
The tour pairs the collective's founders with artists in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Hanoi & Bali
European agency NET (Networking Emerging Talents) kicks off its PLGRN Asia tour on January 29, bringing European and Asian artists together behind the same decks.
PELLEGRINO MILANO, also known as PLGRN, is a collective that operates under the NET agency umbrella.
With the aim of connecting collectives from around the globe, NET has established itself as a safety net and meeting point for artists from the United States, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, promoting their local scenes and working to “create genuine synergy and cultural exchange between different communities”.
According to Jacopo Busetto, co-creator of NET and part of the collective, this first Asian tour represents a particularly meaningful moment for the collective.
“The Asian talent I’ve encountered is truly remarkable. They work with passion, dedication, and professionalism, approaching music with discipline and enthusiasm, respecting the audience, and taking care of every detail behind the scenes. They are really low profile and incisive, and they create authentic collective experiences, where music and sharing matter more than fame or visibility,” he explains to Mixmag Asia.

Busetto also shared about previous similar projects: “One of the most significant was Baku, Azerbaijan, where we collaborated with the IN'TERPRETATION collective, part of NET. IN'TERPRETATION introduced the electronic music scene in Azerbaijan, creating events and spaces to grow an engaged audience and educate them about club culture and music. The club and promoters exude a unique energy, perfectly reflecting the country’s emerging underground electronic scene. The audience experiences music as a collective moment—emotions and sharing come first”.

This tour marks the first time that NET pairs European DJs with local Asian artists on Asian soil.
The PLGRN collective—formed by Busetto, Phil Prince, and Karboni—will perform alongside JiaHao in Beijing, Yos and DAIY in Tokyo, Jongho in Seoul, and Sara Siu in Bali, among others.
Starting on January 29, the tour includes Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Hanoi, and Bali, with Bangkok holding special significance as it falls on PLGRN’s seventh anniversary.
It will run until the last weekend of February, serving as a preview of their upcoming Australian leg.
