NATE08 joins Azamaan Hoyvoy on the hazy future house of 'Trigger Fool'

Mumbai-based artist NATE08 returns to Needwant Records with his stunning new single, 'Trigger Fool'.

Nathan Thomas is quickly becoming an irrepressible force in India’s blossoming underground movement. His NATE08 solo project treads the groove-oriented territories of funk, r&b, and house – his elegantly spun productions firmly rooted in dance music's glorious heritage while shimmering with a distinctly forward-facing gloss.

The release sees Nathan make his second appearance on Needwant Records following the sumptuous swells of 'Sunrise Sunfall' that landed earlier in the summer. The revered London-based label has been operating for well over a decade, with their high-grade catalogue routinely winning plaudits from industry heads and party-goers alike.'Trigger Fool' is the second single to arrive from NATE08's full long-player scheduled to arrive in the Autumn of this year. The track features singer, songwriter, and drummer Azamaan Hoyvoy, who's best-known for his work as part of Mumbai's Royal Opera House ensemble. Here, Hoyvoy’s honeyed vocal livens up the summery bed of evocative chords and slick four/four rhythms. The mesmerising result is a stunning slice of low-slung future house that leaves us impatiently waiting for the soon-to-arrive album.
