Moog reinvents its classic analogue effects pedals with Moogerfooger Effects plug-ins

Moog has reinvented its classic analogue effects pedals with eight brand new plug-ins made available as a bundle or individually.

Originally designed in the late ‘90s, the Moogerfooger Effects Pedals were the “direct descendants” of its original modular synthesisers, and served the purpose of processing, modulating, and adapting inputs from equipment such as guitars and synths.

Those effects pedals have now been reinvented and take all seven original pedals along with an additional and recently developed saturation tool, released as a new bundle.

Amongst those eight plug-ins is the MF-104S Analog Delay adding a “rich and full-bodied” delay, as well as the MF-101S Lowerpass Filter - a “classic” Moog ladder filter.

“Each of the seven effects have been meticulously recreated with reverence for the lush, distinctive tones of the original analog circuits—now ready to be integrated into your digital audio workstation,” reads the description for Moog’s new effects plug-ins.

Also included in the eight plug-ins is the “groundbreaking” effect filter, MF-105S MuRF, and the newly added MF-109S Saturator based on the classic Moogerfooger input drive stage.

“With stereo functionality and an extended feature set, these plug-ins further tailor the classic Moogerfooger functionality to the modern digital creator,” adds Moog.

“With all parameters ready to be automated as well as the ability to save and manage presets, Moogerfooger Effects Plug-ins mutate and re-shape themselves around your audio tracks.”

Plug-ins can be bought as a bundle or individually, with prices starting at $59 for one, or $279 for the whole set of eight. Find out more about Moogerfooger Effects Pedals here.
