Marcus L delivers adrenaline charged techno from the streets of Seoul
The release is Marcus L's third EP from his in-house label Ameniia
Seoul's hometown techno hero Marcus L is back with his first EP for 2021. Marcus has spent the better part of the last 20 years as a key figure in Seoul's techno scene, embodying both the sound and culture that accompany it. A man of many hats, L's contributions are foundational to the development of Seoul's techno movement. Marcus L is the owner and founder of the renowned underground venue Faust, Ameniia record label and Kammer Radio and Kammer Record store.
The 'K-Force' EP delivers three tightly crafted energetic techno bangers in L's signature speedy style. The sharp-edged project comes delivered to us via Marcus' own imprint Ameniia. The fourth track is shaped by JANEIN who joins as the sole guest artist on the release, providing a remix for 'K-Force', the EP's titular track.
Outside of producing music, Marcus L has built an open loop of platforms that are essential to nurturing and spreading his vision of techno and futuristic dance music on local, regional and global levels.
