Seoul-based musician Mogwaa first emerged in 2017 with the release of ‘Déjà Vu’ on Clique Records. Since then, he has become a steady presence in the global electronic music scene, releasing work through renowned labels such as Public Possession, Bless You, Klasse Wrecks, and More Rice.

His genre-spanning output—ranging from boogie and reggae to house and drum'n'bass—reflects a production style rooted in analogue hardware and constant sonic exploration.

In 2021, his album ‘Open Mind’ (&BallTown) earned him the Korean Music Award for Best Dance & Electronic Album.

In 2023, Mogwaa launched his own imprint, Magnetic Paws, dedicated solely to his own works. Its first release, the album ‘Translucent’, showcased his evolving vision beyond the confines of electronic music.
