Mama Snake, Audio Units and Kollision in The Lab Mumbai

Mixmag and BUDX are proud to partner on a groundbreaking new Lab destination: The Lab Mumbai.

Taking place at the intimate space of AntiSOCIAL, located in the warehouse in Todi Mill, Mumbai, The Lab Mumbai will livestream some of the world’s most exciting talents of house, techno and other electronic varieties.

On February 27th we'll be hosting Mama Snake, Audio Units and Kollision in our Mumbai hotspot.

Mama Snake, is a cutting-edge techno/trance/electro DJ and producer hailing from Copenhagen that seriously gives zero fucks. Her mantra is to slither among the dystopia and you'd be right in saying her music comes from the dungeon. Her influences are super futuristic, virtually driven, and industrialized mixed with metal. Her experimental style goes from horror-like soundscapes that scream in your face to floating and contemplative composition. Last year she played a huge amount of gigs all over the world, including stops at Amsterdam's De School and London's Corsica Studios. It's safe to say we can't wait for her to bring her eclectic and downright thrashing sound to the Lab Mumbai.

Audio Units is a duo consisting of two brothers from Bangalore. They are the founders of Beatworx Studio music school and through that they combine an industry know-how with a weighty sound, one that focuses on underground techno and deep house. By combining their vinyl and DJ skills under they intertwine 4/4 beats, glitchy digital beeps, scratches and whirls, among many other aural experiences. To put it simply you likely won’t hear the same thing twice. Overall, they provide that forward moving, body rolling, hands in the air kind of feeling to keep you going all night.

Kollision is a DJ and upcoming producer from Bombay. She normally goes by ‘Kashish,’ and this new project is one for her to traverse new territory in the underground realm. She is known for an extremely fast, hard dance take that mixes industrial, breakbeat, acid, EBM, and trance.
