Jevin Julian drops visualiser for blissful track, 'safe space'

Indonesian producer Jevin Julian has released his third album titled 'i will, i'm sure', marking a significant milestone in his 15-year-long musical journey.

The producer shared his passion for music during the album launch on Friday, April 26, stating, "I just released my third album today. And this is the act of my love and my passion for music. And just a small act to chase my dream, and I'll keep doing it. I will, I'm sure."

Comprising nine titles, it features collaborations with notable Indonesian musicians such as Teza Sumendra, Sheryl Sheinafia, and Kara Chenoa.

The focus track, 'safe space', emerges as a powerful representation of the comfort and support found in the presence of loved ones. "In life, there are always difficulties, and this song depicts the tranquillity found in the embrace of loved ones, offering comfort and strength," Jevin remarked, emphasising the song's emotional depth.

It's a pulsating blend of electronic rhythms and ambient vibes that wrap around you like a warm blanket. The synths weave intricate melodies that pop in and out, creating a captivating push-and-pull effect.
