Australia Day is a big, big day in Bali — and the newly opened Café del Mar Bali with light up the holiday with the charismatic and supremely talented superstar DJ and world-renowned producer Erick Morillo. On January 24, the platinum-selling artist will descend upon the Island of the Gods with the blue waters of Bali’s iconic coastline as a backdrop.

The legendary NYC based artist has been at it for almost two decades and has remained one of the most in-demand and instantly recognizable DJs in the world. From the instant success of his weekly ‘Sessions’ parties in New York to hosting events like the annual road-blocking Subliminal Sessions parties in Miami at Winter Music Conference to his coveted residency at Ministry of Sound (he’s still one of the only American DJs ever to hold one) and his now-legendary Subliminal Sessions parties at Pacha Ibiza, Morillo is one of the world's most absolutely stellar DJs.

Born in Ibiza and reborn in Bali — Café del Mar arrived just a few months ago on the sun-drenched shores of Bali and is also hosting a dizzying array for artists for New Year's Eve.
