Dialled In heads to South Asia to host free creative workshops

Dialled In, the UK-based collective championing South Asian talent, is taking its mission on tour through South Asia with a series of free workshops.

The first stop is this Saturday, November 16 in Kathmandu, Nepal, before heading to Dhaka, Bangladesh (November 30) and Colombo, Sri Lanka (December 14).

The workshop sessions are geared to arm aspiring DJs, artists, and creators with the tools to thrive—from securing crucial funding and building their brands to mastering DJ decks and music production basics.

Founded in 2021, Dialled In has quickly become a pioneering force in South Asian arts, hosting festivals and showcases at iconic venues like Printworks, the V&A, and Glastonbury.

"In 2022, Dialled In went to Nepal to create an 18-day artistic residency bringing together individuals from India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh to collaborate beyond borders," the Dialled In team shared.

"Finding common ground within the South Asian Arts experience through creative expression and a shared space was pivotal to us, creating relationships and connections that are still blooming today. After successful trips in 2022 to Pakistan and Nepal where we made life-long connections, Dialled In are elated to head back to South Asia to deliver more workshops and events," they add.
