Dais Records & Roland introduce the Juno-X synth in streetwear collab

Iconic Japanese manufacturer Roland teams up with Dais Records to launch a streetwear capsule collection that presents Roland’s newest instrument — the Juno-X synth. This marks Roland’s first-ever collaboration with a record label in releasing apparel.

The timing could not be any better as both brands celebrate major milestone anniversaries through this collaboration; Dais’ 15th and Roland’s 50th. The capsule comes with four limited edition designs and a vinyl slipmat that is currently available for pre-order and will be shipped in July.

Within the collection, fans will be able to buy threads from a selection of t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts and a hoodie designed by Nathaniel Young, Dais Records’ Creative Director. The designs highlight the Juno-X synth, both companies' founding year and location plus Dais’ roster of artists that use Roland gear.

“When we learned that the Dais 15-year celebration coincided with the 50th anniversary of Roland's founding, the partnership grew even more meaningful and special. We are beyond excited to present a collection of pieces that celebrate these milestones, along with our love for their products, and our artists who use them,” said Gibby Miller, Co-Founder of Dais.

“Working together on something entirely new like this is a wonderful way for Dais and Roland to recognize their milestone anniversaries together and to pave the way for new generations of creativity,” added Brian Alli, Roland’s Vice President of Global Artist Relations and Strategic Partnerships.

Having jumped into the world of merch and apparel back in 2020, Roland launched their lifestyle apparel line ‘Roland Lifestyle’ with a limited release of hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, sweatpants and more. Since then, Roland Lifestyle has collaborated with Zanerobe for their TR-808 drum machine and also with Puma for the RS-0 and RS-100 trainers in commemoration of 808 Day.
