Theo Parrish is someone who needs little in the way of introduction. Simply put, the Detroit-based producer, DJ and label head is among the most respected creators to have emerged from the dance underground in the last 30 years.
His groundbreaking productions combine house and techno thrust with flashes of jazz, soul, and funk, while his genre-defying DJ sets brilliantly blend far-reaching textures into immersive dancefloor journeys.
Parrish is the founder of the hugely influential Sound Signature label, which — as well as providing the home for the bulk of his prolific output — has been graced by a select group of acts including Omar S, Waajeed, Byron The Aquarius, and Mark De Clive-Lowe.
The event is the latest episode of Potato Head Bali’s long-running collaboration with the PNNY Collective and sees a selection of local talents take the Seminyak stage.
