Apple Music to introduce new features, including collaborative playlists
The update is said to launch later this year
Apple Music is set to release a range of new features later this year according to a report from the streaming service, including collaborative playlists.
So, what is included in the new Apple Music update?
Those with Apple Music can invite each other to select and edit tracks from playlists as well as interact by adding emoji reactions to specific songs.

Music on the app is set to include more data, such as a wider list of credits for artists — such as their roles and the instruments they play.
Apple Music Sing will also introduce its Continuity Camera, meaning users will be able see themselves onscreen while doing karaoke — and even apply camera filters as they sing along to the lyrics.
The app is planned to adapt users experience with SharePlay as when users are in a car and listening, other trusted iPhone devices will automatically suggest joining the session.
Listeners in the vehicle can control the music from their own devices, even if they don’t have an Apple Music subscription.

The final update will allow subscribers to listen to a catalogue of commercial-free Apple Music radio shows in Apple Podcasts.
All these new features will be available on Apple devices arriving with iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma, watchOS 10, and tvOS 17 this Autumn.
